Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doslarb Cloud, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “Service” refers to the Doslarb Cloud platform, API, and related services.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Doslarb Cloud.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal content.
  • Abuse or scrape the API.
  • Circumvent rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer the API or underlying models.
  • Use the service to harm others.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Distribute malware.

API Usage and Rate Limits

Rate limits are enforced per plan tier:

  • Free — 10 requests/minute
  • Pro — 60 requests/minute
  • Max — 120 requests/minute
  • Ultra — 300 requests/minute
  • Enterprise — 1,000 requests/minute

Exceeding rate limits results in HTTP 429 responses. Continued abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Payment Terms

Doslarb Cloud uses NAS Zero Link (nas.io) as its payment processor for all subscription and pay-per-use charges, supporting both international card payments and Cambodian local payments.

Five subscription tiers are available:

  • Free — $0/month
  • Pro — $29/month
  • Max — $79/month
  • Ultra — $199/month
  • Enterprise — contact sales

Pay-per-use wallet top-ups are available in fixed amounts: $10, $25, $50, and $100. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

You own your uploaded audio files and the transcripts generated from them. Doslarb owns the platform, API, models, documentation, and all related intellectual property.

By using the service, you grant Doslarb a limited license to process your audio for the purpose of providing the transcription service.

Service Availability

Doslarb Cloud is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed uptime for v1. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email when possible. Doslarb is not liable for service interruptions.

Account Termination

Doslarb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, account data is retained for 3 days per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Doslarb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
